I am an experienced Event Videographer and Photographer but I do not upload "full" wedding videos on the web. I might make a Wedding Reel in the future show-casing clips from weddings but up until I do that I am encouraging future clients to make an appointment to see some of my previous samples which I have on DVDs.

For “Wedding Clients” the first appointment/consultation is free/complimentary and can be upto 60 minutes long.
During 2nd (or 3rd etc) appointment/consultation you need to sign a contract (or a minimum of $25 consultation fee is applied).
We have the right not to accept a client based on expectation disagreements or up until a date is booked/reserved with deposit. So a consultation does not “automatically” mean your date is reserved. So after the consultation if we discover we are a good “match” for each other please do not delay in booking us. We recommend no later than 30 days from the first consultation (assuming your wedding date is more than 60 days away).
Pricing Notes:

We will give you an estimate over the phone, via text or e-mail based upon the information you provide. But that estimate means it is an approximate quote and a “final quote” might be different after in-person/face-to-face consultation (s).
The following are usually the biggest factors in price differences:

How many location(s) the event is divided up into,

How much complicated the event is (example, if the wedding couple wants to have specific angles, positions instead of giving the videographer/photographer FREEDOM with their capturing style.

If no meal is provided to the vendors,

Requesting vendors to come and meet at the location of the wedding just for the sake of scouting or rehearsal.

Asking for additional crew like DPs, second videographer etc

Asking for faster delivery of DVDs than what the videographer/photographer normally needs.

Tax might be additional or it might be already included in the quote

Other factors which might make things challenging for the Videographer/Photographer.

PRICING is always higher than if you’re wedding is less than two weeks away.

We accept cash, USPS money order, bank certified checks or PayPal only for payments. No personal checks or credit cards.
We normally accept 50% of the “Total” (which is the final quote) as the booking fees (deposit). The other 50% is due when we arrive at the location of the wedding. If you pay the whole amount together we might give you a $25-$50 discount from the “final quote”.
Special coupons are often advertised on Craigslist and Facebook page. Please mention that if it is applicable.
