All Videos are done by Sony HDR AX-2000 as the main camera. For all Videography packages 3 DVDs are given. For additional copies please see Rates below. In general Cinematic Wedding Videos are budget friendly as the final edited video is shorter than Documentary Style Wedding Videos. Documentary style wedding videos are more expensive as they are longer with more details. Most craigslist videographers offer Cinematic Style edited videos. 

 

 

 

(A) Wedding Video Packages 

 

 (1) 8 Hour Service 

 

• Cinematic Style Wedding Video -$1500 (Final edited video will be 10-15 minutes, plus you get raw footage)

• Documentary Style Wedding Video -$2000 (Final edited video will be 45 minutes to 1 hour, plus you get raw footage)

 

 (2)  6 Hour Service 

   

 

• Cinematic Style Wedding Video -$1300 (Final edited video will be 5-15 minutes, plus you get raw footage)

• Documentary Style Wedding Video -$1700 (Final edited video will be 20 minutes to 30 minutes, plus you get raw footage)

These are Music events/concerts, Birthday Parties, Stage shows, Conferences, Commercials etc. 

 

(1) 8 Hour Events -$2000

(4) 3 Hour Service -$675 to $825

 

(5) 2 Hour Service -$375 to $625. 

 

 

(C) Economy  Video Package (Raw Footage Only) 

 

This is Raw Footage only, it is the price for Weddings and other types of Events. After we film your event we will give you back the raw footage in a DVD usually within 2-3 weeks from event date. You will be responsible for editing the raw footage. 

 

(1) 6 Hour events  -$800

 

(2) 4 Hour Events -$600

 

(3) 3 Hour Events -$400

 

(4) 2 hours or less -$375. 

 

 

(D) Combined Packages 

 

These are packages that have both Photography and Videography Service. For example if you hire us for both taking photos and videos of your event then we will create a package for you. These will be discounted than what would normally charge.

Example: 

 

•  6 Hour Photography and a 6 Hour Cinematic Style Wedding Video would be:

 

 $975 + $1300 = $1500 + tax ($171) = $2446

 But with the combo service it will be $2200. We gave you a $246 discount.

(E) Music Videos and Commercials or Movies 

 

For these types of Videos which require discussion of locations, number of days needed for the shoot, editing style/graphics, maybe talent recruiting etc we need to meet face to face before we give you any quote. If you know what your budget is then you can tell us that too over the phone. But if you cannot tell us your budget and you have no idea about the specifics of the video then it is essential that we meet in person. For the in-person/face-to-face consultation we will need a $25 fees. 

 

 

 

Notes:

                      

• We do add Tax to the total pricing as we give you  receipts

• The pricing above is for location (venues, churches) etc within   

     15 miles from our office address. Additional fees (travel

     time, miles etc) will apply if your location is more 

     than 15 miles from our office.

     If your event is divided up into more than one location

     there will be additional fees also. Like for example

     your ceremony is in a church and your reception is in a

     venue. 

 

• If a second Professional Videographer or Photographer is needed then there will be additional fees added to the package. 

• Please make sure there are no additional issues like parking fees, shooting fees etc at the location. Then that fees has to be added to the package. 

• We recommend booking us no less than 4 weeks ahead. Prices might be "slightly" higher if you call us less than two weeks ahead of your event

• If you need your material (photos or videos) in a Flash Drive instead of a DVD then there might be additional fees ($20-$50) for the Flash Drive

• If you want online storage of your media (with your own password) there will be additional fees

• For Videography packages there will be three copies in each package. For Photography packages there will be one copy in each package.  If you want more copies of your DVD then please let us know  For example: 5 DVD copies will be $50, 10 DVD copies will be $75, 20 DVD copies will be $100 and 50 copies will be $200. 

• We take 50% of the total when the contract is signed (as booking fees) and we will need the rest of the 50% either 30 days before the event date (or when we arrive at the filming location depending on several factors). If you pay the whole amount all together at the contract signing then we will give you a discount. 

 

Long Distance and Out-of-state clients: 

 

 We accept Paypal if you cannot meet us in person for the contract. 

 

 

   The above pricing is an estimate only. Several factors might influenece the "final quote" after the first meeting or after you give me enough details. The final quote will be the quote on the contract. If you do not book us within a "reasonable time" the quote might change when you decide to book us (Example, you get a quote from us in April but you talk to several media companies and then finally come back to us like only a month before the wedding/event).
